Monocrystalline Solar Modules
Monocrystalline modules are made from monocrystalline silicon substrate from a single large crystal, offering a higher conversion rate in capturing the suns energy and transferring it into electricity. Giving NSI Monocrystalline Modules highly efficient low light performance.
Our R&D department at NSI pride themselves in the design, development and manufacture of monocrystalline modules with models ranging from 170Wp to 245Wp power output. Always pushing boundaries with the newest technologies available to produce even more efficient panels.
On our production lines we assemble the solar modules by interconnecting multiple silicon cells by tapping and stringing the cells into an electrical configuration. These interconnected cells are then set out, laminated in a vacuum and then cured by heating then framed in light-weight aluminum (also available in black). Once sealed they become weatherproofed to extremely high levels of ultraviolet radiation and moisture.
All our modules are manufactured under the most stringent conditions conforming to ISO 9001, IEC61215, IEC61730 safety Class II and UL1703 certification and have MCS & CEC accreditation.
